Frequently Asked Questions    

 

What age restrictions are there for kids?  

There is no real age restriction.  Kids should be at least 40 inches tall to go on the inflatables by themselves.  Otherwise, they will need a parent or older child to go on with them.  

Can Adults play on the inflatables?  

 Absolutely!  Parents are welcomed to join their kids on any of the inflatables at no charge.  Special packages include or are designed specifically with adults in mind such as FamilyBounce-A-Roo, Theme Night, Ladies-Night-Out, Field Trips, Corporate Team Building, Youth Groups, Graduations, etc.  

What should kids wear? 

Comfortable clothes should be worn however zippers, hooks (at other than the waist)  or other sharp objects are prohibited.  Also, remember that nylon-type pants or socks are EXTRA slippery on the slides.  In all cases, socks are required.  

What time should I arrive for a party?  

Guests should arrive 5-10 minutes before the scheduled party time. They will all meet in the Orientation Room and will need to have all waivers filled out BEFORE the orientation for your party can begin.  Please try not to arrive earlier than 10 minutes before your party since other parties will still be in session.  

Can I bring in outside food?  

No outside food will be allowed except a cake for the occasion.  If you book a party package with food (Pizza or Chicken Fingers), that food will be provided by D-Flatables, along with the drinks and paper goods needed.  

Can I do additional decorating for my party?  

Yes…within limit.  The party rooms are generically designed for a festive atmosphere.  However, if you have a particular banner or balloons that you want to put up and can be easily removed before the next party that will be permitted. Time will be given during bouncetime for you to put that up in the party room. Also, if you have specific themed paper goods you want used, if you drop them off before the party we will set the party room with them.  

Can I just drop-off my kids?  

NO!  There should be at least 1 responsible adult for each group of kids.  Anyone under the age of 17 should be accompanied by an adult.  

Will there be a trained staff member to supervise bounce play?  

Yes, there will always be trained staff to supervise bounce play.  Additionally, for parties you will have 2 staff members dedicated to facilitate your party.
